LIGHT HAS TAUGHT HUNDREDS of people to meditate since becoming a Vedic Meditation instructor in 2007, after several years of intensive study in India and America.
Prior to becoming a full-time teacher of meditation, Light was one of LA's most popular hatha yoga instructors. Light was born and raised in the Southern United States and spent much of his adult life in New York, Chicago, Europe and out West. He is based in Venice, CA where he regularly writes and blogs about how to be happy and live stress-free in today's modern world. Light is also dedicated to traveling and teaching Beginner Meditation Courses throughout the United States.

Light has been a friend and mentor of mine for years. When he introduced me to yoga 10+ years ago I reluctantly followed. Now I LOVE yoga. When he introduced me to my meditation practice in 2007 it changed my business, home life, and according to all studies my HEALTH. I highly recommend the class.
